Stay informed as programs open.

Tell us who you are and what you need. We’ll write back with information about the process and, once programs launch, how to submit an application.

Programs are not open yet

AAM is in its foundation phase and is not yet funding treatments or accepting full applications. These pages describe the framework we are building. You can leave your details to be informed when applications open. AAM does not provide medical advice — in an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

First contact

Write to us

This is a first message, not an application. It does not guarantee support.

  • Please don’t include detailed medical records or identification documents in this first message.
  • Your information is handled confidentially and according to applicable data-protection requirements.
  • A doctor, hospital or organization may write on behalf of a patient.
  • If this is an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

When applications open you will be asked to consent to a confidential patient file.

Appropriate consent or legal representation is required for every application. You will be asked to document it when applications open.

Please don’t include identifiable patient data. A referral is made with the patient’s consent once applications open.

To join AAM’s network as a care provider or referral organization, see Become an AAM institution.

Please don’t include medical records or identification documents in this message. It is sent to the AAM team over an encrypted connection.
