AAM institutions

Become an AAM institution.

Join the network of hospitals, centers and organizations that AAM can cite, contact and refer patients to.

What it means

A verified partner patients can be connected to

An AAM institution is a care provider or partner organization that AAM has verified and can name publicly, contact when a patient’s pathway requires its expertise, and coordinate with from referral to follow-up.

AAM does not run hospitals or deliver care. Our network exists so that patients who cannot reach specialized treatment on their own are matched with institutions that can provide it safely, transparently and at a cost that can be financed.

Who can join

Two ways to be part of the network

CARE PROVIDERS

Institutions that deliver specialized care

  • Public, private and university hospitals
  • Specialized surgical centers
  • Independent specialist clinics
  • Research hospitals and institutions
  • Accredited and advanced diagnostic centers
  • Regenerative medicine centers
REFERRAL PARTNERS

Organizations that identify patients in need

  • Local associations and NGOs
  • Patient advocacy organizations
  • Hospitals and clinics referring patients they cannot treat
  • Community organizations in underserved areas
What you gain

What being an AAM institution involves

There is no fee to join. AAM does not guarantee any volume of patients, and an institution can never buy priority or influence which patients are selected.

Cited by AAM

With your consent, your institution appears in the public AAM Institutions directory and in our impact reports as a partner in access to advanced care.

A direct line for patient pathways

A named contact on both sides for referrals, treatment estimates, appointments, medical documentation and follow-up.

Pre-assessed cases

Patients arrive after independent medical review and a confidential financial assessment, with the pathway already documented.

Direct, documented payment

Whenever possible, AAM pays verified institutions directly against an agreed estimate, with documented financial commitments.

Part of an international network

Connect with other institutions, specialists and funders, and take part in collaborative patient support and cooperation programs.

A role in reducing barriers

Help build the referral pathways that make complex, specialized and advanced treatment reachable for people who would otherwise go without.

What we ask in return

Standards every AAM institution commits to

Partnerships are built on medical quality, transparency, accessibility and patient safety.

  • Medical quality — valid licensing and accreditation, and a verifiable clinical and regulatory track record.
  • Transparent costs — clear treatment estimates and honest information on waiting times and alternatives.
  • Patient safety and continuity of care — suitable facilities, qualified staff and arrangements for post-treatment follow-up.
  • Accessibility — wherever possible, reduced costs, sponsored places or shared capacity for AAM patients.
  • Independence — referrals follow medical need only. No payment, gift or commercial arrangement may influence them.
  • Disclosure — conflicts of interest are declared and managed.
  • Data protection — patient information is handled confidentially and in line with applicable law.

Verification

From first contact to listing

Every institution is verified before AAM refers a patient to it or names it publicly. Verification is reviewed on a regular basis, not granted once and forgotten.

  1. Express interest

Complete the form below. We confirm receipt and a member of the partnerships team contacts you.

  2. Verification

We check licensing, accreditation, regulatory and clinical status, financial integrity and fraud risk, and request your declaration of conflicts of interest.

  3. Medical review

The Independent Medical Advisory Committee reviews your specialties, quality and safety policies and capacity to follow patients over time.

  4. Agreement

We agree the type of partnership, cost terms, contact persons, data-protection arrangements and what may be said publicly about your institution.

  5. Listing and ongoing review

With your consent, you join the directory. AAM follows referrals, treatment delivery and outcomes in aggregate, and reviews the partnership regularly.

Founding institutions

No institution is listed yet

AAM is in its foundation phase. Verified institutions will appear here — with name, country, specialties and a contact point — once they have completed verification and given their consent. Founding institutions help shape the standards of the network.
