AAM is currently in Phase 01 — Foundation of its roadmap. We want to be direct about what that means, so that nobody expects help that AAM cannot yet provide.
What AAM is working on
- Creating the founding organization and its governance structures
- Recruiting qualified medical and administrative advisors
- Developing patient eligibility and prioritization procedures
- Establishing financial controls
- Building first relationships with hospitals and institutions
- Securing initial funding
What AAM is not doing yet
AAM is not yet funding treatments, and it is not accepting full patient applications. It does not provide medical advice. Anyone in urgent need should contact local emergency services or their treating physician.
How to take part now
- Patients and families can leave their details to be informed when applications open.
- Hospitals, clinics and organizations can express interest in becoming an AAM institution.
- Funders and companies can start a conversation under AAM’s independence rules.
- Students and professionals can volunteer or become ambassadors.
The next step on the roadmap, Phase 02, will launch the first patient programs and publish initial impact reports.
