AAM has opened expressions of interest for institutions. A new page explains what it means to become an AAM institution — a verified partner that AAM can name publicly, contact when a patient’s pathway requires its expertise, and coordinate with from referral to follow-up.
Who can join
- Care providers — public, private and university hospitals, specialized surgical centers, specialist clinics, research institutions, diagnostic centers and regenerative medicine centers.
- Referral partners — local associations and NGOs, patient advocacy organizations and others who identify patients in need.
How it works
Every institution goes through verification before AAM refers a patient to it or names it publicly: licensing and accreditation, regulatory and clinical status, financial integrity, conflict-of-interest disclosure and review by the Independent Medical Advisory Committee. There is no fee to join, no guarantee of patient volume, and no way to buy priority.
Current status
No institution is listed yet. Founding institutions will appear in the AAM Institutions directory once they have completed verification and given their consent.
